Service Quality and Geographic Restrictions

You acknowledge that the quality of the Services provided by 1-800Accountant are dependent upon the accuracy of the information provided by you. You also acknowledge it is your sole responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and you will review all final document(s) before approving, signing, submitting, and or filing them with designated recipients. The 1-800Accountant Services are only available to users and businesses who are located in the United States. If you or your business is located outside the United States, you may not use the Services. To be "located in the United States," a business must be both operated and legally established within the United States.

By clicking "I accept," you agree to be bound by this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS OR ANY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON, BY OR THROUGH THE SITE OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS.

These Terms Contain

• A MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
